Markarian Ingram

Markarian Ingram, a veteran activist of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis movement at M110 State Training Academy of Octans, has been on several primate retrieval operations in the 26 years since earning their Medicine Doctorate. Markarian was raised on a far rim colony on the New Frontier where they were eventually stationed at the Balance Sector in a support role, where word of primates in captivity on Earth reached and spurred many into action. Now, as their mission takes them to Earth, Markarian and the Doctors seek to confront the Homo Insipiens for their failure to free their captive primates as they had promised to do so long ago.
