Magellanus Cutler was present when first contact was initially made with the Homo Insipiens of Earth, and after having earned their Bioengineering Doctorate from AFX 780 Military Institute of Monoceros they have joined the expedition to return and bring the venture full circle. Borne into the Doctor caste, Magellanus was taught to always seek ways to help others regardless of their differences, a core value that led to their interest in the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. Now, as their mission takes them to Earth, Magellanus and the Doctors seek to confront the Homo Insipiens for their failure to free their captive primates as they had promised to do so long ago.
