Bobo Xander first became aware of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis while on a remote 6-year study abroad venture at Roddenberry Biotechnical Institute of Norma where they earned their Nuclear Fusion Sciences Doctorate . A dedicated Doctor through and through, Bobo has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Bobo has vowed to do what can be done to save them from their imprisonment.
