Magellanus Ilex was present when first contact was initially made with the Homo Insipiens of Earth, and after having earned their Astronomy Doctorate from NGC State Military School of Piscis Austrinus they have joined the expedition to return and bring the venture full circle. A dedicated Doctor through and through, Magellanus has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. With their sights now set on Earth, Magellanus and the Doctors will do what is needed to bring freedom to the wrongly imprisoned primates that remain.
