Seth Fleming is a tenured 29 year veteran of Neuropsychology and Mental Health, having studied at the prominent Centauri State University of Science and Medicine of 51 Pegasi before becoming aware of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. A dedicated Doctor through and through, Seth has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Seth hopes to right the wrongs that were borne upon them by the Homo Insipiens.
