Electorales Tau, a veteran activist of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis movement at The Institute of Almos, has been on several primate retrieval operations in the 19 years since earning their Neuropsychology and Mental Health Doctorate. A dedicated Doctor through and through, Electorales has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. Now, as their mission leads them to Earth, Electorales and the Doctors will attempt to put their skills and education to work as best they can for the sake of the primates there.
