Neptune Payne, an up and coming purveyor of the Electropharmacology field, learned of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis from activists attending AFX 780 Intergalactic University of Draco and joined the expedition to free the captive primates of Earth. Born of the more aggressive Zealot caste of Apskellion Space Apes, Neptune was abandoned in a New Frontier colony and adopted into a family of Doctors, eventually learning to embrace their more empathic ways. Now, as their mission leads them to Earth, Neptune and the Doctors will attempt to put their skills and education to work as best they can for the sake of the primates there.
