Nigel Pierce, a veteran activist of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis movement at The Department of Dwingeloo, has been on several primate retrieval operations in the 27 years since earning their Civil Engineering Doctorate. A dedicated Doctor through and through, Nigel has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. Now, as their mission leads them to Earth, Nigel and the Doctors are dedicated to the liberation of the primates in captivity there.
