Radicitus Brecken, a tenured purveyor of the Neuropsychology and Mental Health field, has participated in several primate retrieval operations across the New Frontier and has now committed to their liberation efforts on Earth. Having been exposed to much violence as a native of the Zealot caste in their early life, Radicitus fled and sought refuge with the Doctors, where they learned to help others. Now, with the native primates still in captivity on Earth, Radicitus and the Doctors venture to fulfill the promise of release that the Homo Insipiens have reneged.
