Loki Ikarus is a tenured 29 year veteran of Hueristic Research, having studied at the prominent Declan Starport Galactic College of Fornax before becoming aware of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. Borne into the Doctor caste, Loki was taught to always seek ways to help others regardless of their differences, a core value that led to their interest in the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Loki has vowed to do what can be done to save them from their imprisonment.
