Willibordus Kang, a tenured purveyor of the Industrial Technology field, has participated in several primate retrieval operations across the New Frontier and has now committed to their liberation efforts on Earth. A dedicated Doctor through and through, Willibordus has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Willibordus hopes to right the wrongs that were borne upon them by the Homo Insipiens.
