As a dedicated student of the sciences, Fellini Drogo earned their Aerospace Engineering Doctorate from The Consortium of Astrolabe in order to better serve the needs of their people as they travelled the cosmos. As a member of the Doctor caste, it was always Fellini's goal to obtain their Doctorate and use their education and skills to help their own people, but upon learning of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis, their priorities changed. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Fellini has vowed to do what can be done to save them from their imprisonment.
