Harlow Smaragda

Harlow Smaragda, a tenured purveyor of the Dental Surgery field, has participated in several primate retrieval operations across the New Frontier and has now committed to their liberation efforts on Earth. Borne into the Doctor caste, Harlow was taught to always seek ways to help others regardless of their differences, a core value that led to their interest in the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. With the Critical Earth Expedition underway, Harlow will do what they can for the sake of captive Earth's primates.
