Dr Draco Necrotic Hadrius

A prominent figure in the field of Neuropsychology and Mental Health, Draco Hadrius became an activist in primate liberation after completing their tenure at The Consortium of Ausgaudlieth. Born of the more aggressive Zealot caste of Apskellion Space Apes, Draco was abandoned in a New Frontier colony and adopted into a family of Doctors, eventually learning to embrace their more empathic ways. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Draco has vowed to do what can be done to save them from their imprisonment.
