Garuda Zephyr studied for several years at Dwingeloo Military Institute of Phoenix and earned their Doctorate in High Energy Physics, but eventually found their calling as a missionary in the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. A dedicated Doctor through and through, Garuda has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. Now, as their mission leads them to Earth, Garuda and the Doctors are dedicated to the liberation of the primates in captivity there.
