Milius Onuphrius

Milius Onuphrius has long been tenured in the field of Quantum Mechanics but began to grow tired of the monotony before seeking the challenge of joining in the Doctors' primate liberation efforts. After 4 years of service at the Dax Orion Private Outpost in administration, Milius decided to take a more direct role in the liberation of captive primates throughout the cosmos. Now, with the native primates still in captivity on Earth, Milius and the Doctors venture to fulfill the promise of release that the Homo Insipiens have reneged.
