Roy Tethys

Roy Tethys has long been dedicated to their studies in Philosophy but has always held an interest in the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis and has now become committed to a missionary in the Doctors' liberation efforts. Roy was raised on a far rim colony on the New Frontier where they were eventually stationed at the Onyxia Sector in a support role, where word of primates in captivity on Earth reached and spurred many into action. Now, with the native primates still in captivity on Earth, Roy and the Doctors venture to fulfill the promise of release that the Homo Insipiens have reneged.
