Finn Fortus, a veteran activist of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis movement at Millennium Military Academy of Bootes, has been on several primate retrieval operations in the 20 years since earning their Neuropsychology and Mental Health Doctorate. Borne into the Doctor caste, Finn was taught to always seek ways to help others regardless of their differences, a core value that led to their interest in the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Finn has vowed to do what can be done to save them from their imprisonment.
