Mansell Duffy, a tenured purveyor of the Practical Arcanum field, has participated in several primate retrieval operations across the New Frontier and has now committed to their liberation efforts on Earth. Having lived life among the Pioneer caste, Mansell had helped to settle many new colonies in the galactic frontier, but decided to find a new purpose helping others with the Doctors. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Mansell and the Doctors will do what is needed to liberate them from their captivity.
