Barnaby Duke was present when first contact was initially made with the Homo Insipiens of Earth, and after having earned their Mathematics Doctorate from The Department of Quark State they have joined the expedition to return and bring the venture full circle. A dedicated Doctor through and through, Barnaby has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. Now, as their mission leads them to Earth, Barnaby and the Doctors are dedicated to the liberation of the primates in captivity there.
