Zaius Carden is a tenured 23 year veteran of Chemistry, having studied at the prominent Seque State Seminary of Procyon before becoming aware of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. As a member of the Doctor caste, it was always Zaius's goal to obtain their Doctorate and use their education and skills to help their own people, but upon learning of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis, their priorities changed. Now, as their mission leads them to Earth, Zaius and the Doctors are dedicated to the liberation of the primates in captivity there.
