Cygnus Ghost was present when first contact was initially made with the Homo Insipiens of Earth, and after having earned their Terraformation Doctorate from The Academy of Strauss they have joined the expedition to return and bring the venture full circle. A dedicated Doctor through and through, Cygnus has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Cygnus hopes to right the wrongs that were borne upon them by the Homo Insipiens.
