Echidna Caliban was present when first contact was initially made with the Homo Insipiens of Earth, and after having earned their Metaversal Science Doctorate from Eridanus State Military Institute of Triangulum they have joined the expedition to return and bring the venture full circle. As a member of the Doctor caste, it was always Echidna's goal to obtain their Doctorate and use their education and skills to help their own people, but upon learning of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis, their priorities changed. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Echidna hopes to right the wrongs that were borne upon them by the Homo Insipiens.
