Sapien Duncan

As an expert in the field of Quantum Mechanics, Sapien Duncan has long been a prominent name amongst the ranks of the Doctors, and now uses that influence to help steer the focus of their primate liberation efforts. Sapien was raised on a far rim colony on the New Frontier where they were eventually stationed at the Crystal Cove-8 Station in a support role, where word of primates in captivity on Earth reached and spurred many into action. With their sights now set on Earth, Sapien and the Doctors will do what they can to liberate the primates that remain in captivity there.
