Noonien Iohannes

Noonien Iohannes, a tenured purveyor of the Genetic Engineering field, has participated in several primate retrieval operations across the New Frontier and has now committed to their liberation efforts on Earth. Born of the more aggressive Zealot caste of Apskellion Space Apes, Noonien was abandoned in a New Frontier colony and adopted into a family of Doctors, eventually learning to embrace their more empathic ways. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Noonien has vowed to do what can be done to save them from their imprisonment.
