Bib Axel is a tenured 27 year veteran of Genetic Engineering, having studied at the prominent Roddenberry Research Observatory of 51 Pegasi before becoming aware of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. A dedicated Doctor through and through, Bib has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Bib hopes to right the wrongs that were borne upon them by the Homo Insipiens.
