Justinus Barstow

A prominent figure in the field of Quantum Mechanics, Justinus Barstow became an activist in primate liberation after completing their tenure at Progtomos Military Academy of Capricornus. Born of the more aggressive Zealot caste of Apskellion Space Apes, Justinus was abandoned in a New Frontier colony and adopted into a family of Doctors, eventually learning to embrace their more empathic ways. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Justinus has vowed to do what can be done to save them from their imprisonment.
