As an expert in the field of Criminal Justice, Cicero Christophorus has long been a prominent name amongst the ranks of the Doctors, and now uses that influence to help steer the focus of their primate liberation efforts. A child of the Pioneer caste of Apskellion Space Apes, Cicero was stranded in a colonization disaster and adopted into the Doctor caste, but awaits the day that they can rejoin the Pioneers on their venture into unknown regions of space. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Cicero has vowed to do what can be done to save them from their imprisonment.
