As an expert in the field of Metaversal Science, Angelus Deckard has long been a prominent name amongst the ranks of the Doctors, and now uses that influence to help steer the focus of their primate liberation efforts. Angelus was stationed at Iota Quarter when news of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis broke, and they were one of the first to join the mission. Now, as their mission leads them to Earth, Angelus and the Doctors are dedicated to the liberation of the primates in captivity there.
