Meteos Starburst, a veteran activist of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis movement at Atlachnakahn Orbital College of Ursa Minor, has been on several primate retrieval operations in the 20 years since earning their Environmental Studies Doctorate. A child of the Pioneer caste of Apskellion Space Apes, Meteos was stranded in a colonization disaster and adopted into the Doctor caste, but awaits the day that they can rejoin the Pioneers on their venture into unknown regions of space. Now, as their mission takes them to Earth, Meteos and the Doctors seek to confront the Homo Insipiens for their failure to free their captive primates as they had promised to do so long ago.
