Ramrod Harrius, an up and coming purveyor of the Astronomy field, learned of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis from activists attending Hammersmith Academy of Kepler-9 and joined the expedition to free the captive primates of Earth. Ramrod started their career at the Selene Outpost in a clerical role, spending several years advancing into the senior ranks before learning of the plight of primates still in captivity across the universe. Now, as their mission takes them to Earth, Ramrod and the Doctors seek to confront the Homo Insipiens for their failure to free their captive primates as they had promised to do so long ago.
