The Last Drop Distillers, founded in 2008 by Tom Jago and James Espey, has gained acclaim for curating the world’s most remarkable spirits. Release No. 28 , a rare blend created by Sazerac Master Blender Drew Mayville, features vintage straight bourbon and rye whiskeys aged for nearly 20 years. Bottled at a powerful 60.7% ABV, this high-proof blend is uncut and unfiltered, maximising its flavour and complexity. Only 1,458 individually numbered bottles were released in October 2022, each housed in a bespoke oak frame and green case, complete with a miniature 50ml, certificate of bottling, and tasting book. Received a 99/100 rating from UPROXX and named the #3 Best Whiskey of 2022.
