Just like the mcgoohans, the wozuntmi fill many of the cells around the universe. They’re not major criminals, they just are more comfortable locked up. In order to get ‘sent down’ they will get themselves involved in some minor crime, for example stealing a potato out of a field. They will usually deny stealing the potato that they are holding in their hand but then own up to some really serious stuff to guarantee getting locked up. It’ll go along the lines of ‘I didn’t steal the potato but I did set fire to the farmer's tractor and kidnapped his wife, your honour’.
