A voltz’s body is a bit like nylon in structure, so as it moves around it generates huge amounts of static electricity. Back in the good old days when everyone on vammpa was fighting each other they would cause mayhem by running into the enemy lines electrifying everyone’s swords and shields. These electrified weapons would be immediately tossed in the air, only to come back down killing many enemy troops. The voltz were great weapons of war. Nowadays they provide a mobile cheap source of power for festivals, fetes and garden parties. Nice to know they are still valued.
