Many years ago I experimented with psychedelic substances for inspiration including Blue Honey. This painting depicts one of the many visions. I break through a wall of meat to an open landscape. A place of wonder and danger, where something comes for your soul.

Before I started this painting I had a dream that I was wearing Abraham Lincoln’s coat but my face was like that of a bog mummy. Blue Sharks circled above. I felt like a target but there was nothing I could do. My hands were tied.

Pilly has opened a butcher shop for those who dislike the taste of the pills. Pilly’s pills are injected inside the shop’s meat. If you think about it, it’s nearly impossible to find a person who doesn’t enjoy the taste of meat.
