As I gasped for air
I breathed empty
Then my thoughts
Began to creep in
Thinking how I am like a bat
In this blind world
I ask myself
Is it over, just like that?
Oh, how I wish
I can see the light again
The sun, moon and stars
The people and how things are crafted
As I held my chins with my fingers
To force my eyes open
I still see nothing
Only blank and white environ clouds me
Then at that point
I asked
What is the need to see?
What is there to see?
In this blind world
Which is as blind as me.
But then I still believe
That my blind eyes soon will see
Little rays of eternity
And I will glimpse
My purpose, faith, light and pursuit
For I know and believe
That even in this blind world
I can still make much difference
When I see the light..
