This digital artifact resembles a comic book cover. This was digitally rescued from the multiverse ether. So far we have been recovering and deciphering comic covers, comic panels, and codes. We are unsure of the purpose of these comic relics, or what messages they my contain, or even where or when these came from.
This animated digital cover has nostalgic images that remind me of early DC and Marvel comics. Some of the art styles remind me of Mike Mignola, Neal Adams, and Steve Ditko.
