This picture was taken in the Westfjords, Iceland in the fall of 2018 during a trip of exploration. It started with a long drive to the Westfjords from Reykjavik at night which made it difficult to see the beauty around me. The next morning when I woke up in the house I was staying I looked out the window and was welcomed by this striking view that almost felt like a picture framed on the wall, I stared at it perplexed and in awe for a while before I took my camera and snapped a few shots. This was the first photograph I took during a journey of 7 days exploring this remote area of Iceland which took my breath away with it's natural beauty. *Fun fact about this picture is that it has been featured in different platforms and articles on Instagram, Sony Alpha Universe and others.
