No one knew where Iggbi Dorthanpusser came from, but it was clear that he was not well-liked…not really liked at all…by anyone. He was a fishmonger along the docks of San Francisco. He showed up shortly after the three-day war with China (which actually only lasted about 36 hours but it took the survivors a little while to realize there were no more nations left to cast bombs). San Francisco had been spared the nuclear pummeling…but many of her residents now showed signs of radiation exposure, of course, Iggbi was among them…
