We are energy.
Subtle energy manifests as more dense energy to ultimately form our physical body.
According to Yogic tradition, we have energy centres in the body dealing with different aspects of our being. Through awareness and practice, we can cleanse, heal, and align them to feel generally balanced in our bodies and our being. The Chakras carry different vibrational frequencies which relate to different colours. In this work, you can see the primary Chakras and where they are more or less located in the body.
