I never meant to paint a heart when I created this art. But sometimes recognisable shapes form, showing themselves when you need to see them the most.
I love revealing my inner self through shapes and colour on canvas, exposed for people who are open-minded enough to see what they want to see in a piece (and what they want to see in themselves).
I paint in a trance like meditative state and my mind is clear and focused.
I'm not one to overthink things when painting. I let the brushstrokes flow without trying too hard because life shouldn't be hard. Life should just flow. Life should flow and be filled with love.
I see every moment as a poetic encounter.
The transience of life forces us to confront the fragility in our own existence and what it means for someone else to live life with uncertainty of their birthright.
Every person matters.
