History is cyclical. A new round means another rise, the conquest of new horizons, the renewal of the old for the new. "The Rebirth of Venus" is a picture that I was inspired by various events of the time in which it was created. Both good and bad events. Many artists of the Renaissance and other trends in painting depicted various versions of the Birth of Venus. But I wanted to depict exactly REbirth, as a designation of universal renewal, renewal of vital foundations, renewal of the material, renewal of the spiritual. Hoping for the best.
