That was exactly what I saw that night in Iceland. Prior to the trip, I've planned out and knew the exact directions and locations where milky way is visible as well as the exact time the milky way will appear in the sky and at its brightest. Dyrholaey Lighthouse was one of the spot that I had in mind. I came to this spot because I knew that there were no light pollution behind the lighthouse, the only challenge I had was to not over-expose the photo from the light that emitted from the lighthouse. In the end, I was able to captured as well as witnessed the brightest milky way I have ever seen till the date of capturing this shot.
