Herein lies our communal notebook. What do you see?
I ask you this: who do you believe you are and what role do you play?
And i tell you this: you are what you make yourself to be, becoming self-aware sets you free.
What do you want to ask the ones that will follow, and what will you tell them?

Communal notebook is a music album that I'm currently working on. It is based on the concept of 'communal notebooks', where communities share one common journal and everyone gets to add their entry once a month. A record with no bias in exposure. The concept of etches thrilled me in how this can actually be a 'communal notebook'.
Stories have been the foundation of our human species.
And it has always been written by the 'winners'.
It is only the survivors' records that have lasted.
The dominant political thought of the era shaped and influenced the stories that got carried forward.
How many voices have been ignored in its path?
For the sake of survival, for the sake of eloquence?
What if the perspectives of everyone involved in a community were gathered together in one single book? Stories and events with multitudes of perspectives underpinning the human condition.
What will you see?
