Happy New Year 2023 :)
In 2022, despite being a somewhat down year for NFTs, I did more NFT related travel than before.
In March, I went to Alotta's memorial and NFT LA, where I hung out with Rebecca Rose, Coldie and I were both interviewed for that Blockchain Life episode at the Superchief gallery, Foodmasku, Gerard, WARHODL, AdamVlux.
In April I was featured in Angie Taylor's Graffiti Queers show.
In June, I went to NFT NYC and gave a speech and hung out with a bunch of friends - I met the 0xTHULU team at the Fluf World party, went to Fewo's Paint Party, a queer mixer in Brooklyn with Laurel Charleston, Zak Krevitt, Matthew Blaise, Tyl000rd, a pop-up show with Mr Goldie and Tuan, Coldie and Ann Marie's karaoke party with Rebecca, Jason Artnome, Nathan Beer, ROBNESS, Bryan Brinkman, Raphael, finally got to hang out with David Henry Nobody for breakfast, met Foodmasku at a gallery where I bought work by Kiyan Williams, and took Joshua out to a Michelin star dinner.
In August I helped 0xTHULU to get ready to mint.
In September we minted and ... yeah.
In November I went to NFT SF and met Edgar and Sir Gadfly and the Async crew at another thing with Coldie.
In December I went to Art Basel and met Marty of Vacation Inc, more art friends Jessica and Empress and Ed Balloon and Brittany and Raven and Latasha, went to the actual show, went to a Party Degens thing on Hibiscus Island, and hung out with Nathan, Jen, and Mad Dog Jones at Trippy Labs, ran into Beeple again, went to Zoratopia and saw Tuan and then finally met Brookhawn and Wizard at a thing with Ann Marie.
It was a packed year. I am thankful for all these friends.
