Beary had always been fascinated by machines. As a child, he was always taking them apart and putting them back together again. He was never quite sure why he was drawn to them, but he loved the way they worked. When he was abandoned by his owner, he didn't know what to do with himself. He didn't want to be a toy anymore, but he didn't know how to be anything else. He eventually found his way to a junkyard, where he met a group of discarded toys who had also been abandoned. The toys welcomed him and showed him around. They showed him how they made a living by fixing up old machines and selling them to humans. Beary was fascinated and decided to learn how to do it himself. He quickly became the best mechanic in the junkyard. He loved working on the machines and making them run like new again. He took great pride in his work and was happy to have a purpose in life. Beary is happy to have found a place where he belongs. He knows that he isn't a toy anymore, but he is proud of what he has become.
