She was once the belle of the ball. The most beautiful Fluf you had ever seen. Tall, slim, the most incredible fur, with curves in all the right place. She was a real head turner. She came from humble beginnings, but she was nothing but class. Her father was a musician, providing beats to Flufs on the black market who could not afford mainstream retail tunes, and her mother spent her days foraging for scraps discarded by gold jacket wearing rich Flufs who would race by in their fancy cars. There were many mouths to feed. Growing up in this environment she was street smart. She knew how to hustle and given her genetic gift of beauty and big brain to match, she had the ability to navigate the most dangerous and dicey of situations. She was a clever Fluf. One day, she met a boy. He was your typical Fluf from the right side of the Underground, who loved to party. His family had made their fortune in carrots, the biggest farm inside the Underground for five generations. They met at a rave in the eastern quadrant of the Underground, in the days before the great sleep. As is typical with Flufs, they fell on love quickly. They spent many days and nights racing through the Underground in his Lamborghini making all the other Flufs jealous of their fabulous lifestyle. Eventually, he proposed and they got married. It was an extravagant, opulent affair with all the richest Fluf families attending. It was perfect. Life was perfect. She had everything she had ever wanted. After his parents passed away, being an only child he was left the entire family fortune. There was nothing that they could not have. For him, this was his undoing. It was time to plan for a family. She never lost her link to her humble beginnings, she wanted many baby Flufs to make her life truly complete and provide a wonderful life for them all. As they began to plan their family, she found him to be distracted, distant, even somewhat dismissive of her. This was strange. Never before had she not been able to command his attention with a simple wiggle of her tail. Something was wrong. Her heart was telling her she should ignore it and simply get on with having a family, but she was smart, and her head said something different. She began to pay more attention. She would find strange gold smudges around the burrow, odd looking teeth marks on discarded half eaten carrots, and he smelled different, as if it were the scent of another Fluf on him. Her heart sunk. After weeks of denial, she finally confronted him. Her instincts were right. He had been going behind her back and cheating on her with Cleopatra, his ex, the only pure Gold fur female in the whole of the Underground. She was heartbroken, but mostly furious. This, is when everything changed. As mentioned, she was clever. When getting married she had conveniently forgotten to execute her copy of their pre nup agreement as she had become quite accustomed to their lifestyle, and his permanently drunk family lawyer never chased her up. Only a couple of months before, she had been made the sole beneficiary of their assets when he had been arrested for partying too hard one too many times and the judge had threaten to freeze their assets if it happened again. She was broken hearted, but more than that, she was out for revenge. Her anger grew every day. Her heart became impenetrable and hard. All the love she had for him turned into a deep dark hatred. She died inside. She cast him out, never to return, with nothing. He spends his days now wondering the Underground looking for anyone he once knew to talk about the good old days, his ramblings often causing him to be locked up for the night for public disturbance. Now, she lives alone. A dark hearted, bitter, twisted woman who shows no signs of the once beautiful young woman who made so many heads turn. One of the richest Flufs in the Underground, she shows nothing of her wealth other than a solid gold bow tie that was once his. This acts as a reminder of his treachery, and that she must never trust again. One day she will breed.
