From the Artist: This piece draws from a fantastic yet terrible visionary experience that was, and remains, deeply personal to me. I challenged myself to create a piece that looks and feels different from the others, while remaining within the limited color palette that I have been working with in the Anti-Pop Collection. The collector also placed a challenge before me that I accepted reluctantly, and remain ever grateful for it. He pushed me to expand my own boundaries, and I admire him for that.
