“Cosmotropa” is Marisol Lira’s most interior journey yet, an ecstatic mapping of the self where color, cosmos, and consciousness collapse into one. Across 117 one-of-one works, celestial bodies bend and swirl into faces that are both portals and planets. Drawing from Andean cosmology and Lira’s ongoing techno-folkloric mythology, “Cosmotropa” trades river demons for psychedelic exploration. Through each category, each portrait is a sensory overload of myth, pigment, and psychic excess. Produced and adapted through Orangehare’s in-house production process, Cosmotropa invites you to stare into the stars that spark when you close your eyes.
