Nastasia believes design should be purposeful, intentional, inclusive, and useful. She is inspired by the future and what could be. Originally from the midwest, Nastasia currently lives in Seattle, WA with her black Labrador dog Jackson Elliott. She is Principal Product Designer at Outreach where she leads horizontal UX strategy with a focus on revenue intelligence and working better together across multiple products within our sales engagement platform for closers (Account Executives, AE Managers, and Sales Leaders). Previously, she was the Director of Product Design at MedBridge where she championed UX strategy, process, and design leadership across products at the intersection of innovative technology and education. During her tenure at Amazon Device & Services Design Group as a UX Interaction Designer, she pioneered the first v1 multimodal device Echo Show, shipped 7 additional multimodal products that incorporated the Alexa Voice Service, was a UX career mentor and co-founded a variety of company-wide community programs around design, culture, and diversity. In the past, she also mentored Designation’s UIUX immersive program, Flat Iron School Seattle campus, Hexagon UX Seattle & SVC. Nastasia has a penchant for inventing processes, systems, and frameworks that make people’s lives easier. She raise the bar by showing up, insisting on the highest standards, and leading by example. She has a passion for UX strategy, intentional design, information architecture, people, process, minimalism & holistic wellness. Nastasia also loves coffee and conversation, museums, music, football, travel, and the fine arts.
